Chin Chin is a staple for our visits to Melbourne.

Tucked away in Flinders Lane, central Melbourne, is one of our favorite Asian fusion restaurants. Each time we're fortunate enough to visit this great city we plot our return to this particular institution.

Chin Chin is well established, opening in 2011 as a self-styled "renegade of the Australian dining scene", now with 10 years of success to prove it.

The menu and environment never fail to deliver... if you can get in the front door, that is, given its popularity among locals and visitors as one of Melbourne's most enjoyable and dynamic dining establishments.

"A riotous collision of casual South East cuisine, contemporary art and local culture."

"A beautiful wine list, a stunning bar and knowledgeable staff make sure the experience is a good one. Go, wait in the line — it's all an experience in itself."

It's not my favorite just because of the fabulously large menu that never fails to please (my palate especially), or the contemporary pop-art to be seen in every direction.

And it's not because of the cheeky wait staff or the deafening roar of happy customers revelling in one of Melbourne's best eateries.

It's because, well... all of the above. Which makes it so much fun, especially with a group.

And don't forget GOGO bar downstairs. Mint.

"One of the best, authentic and delicious venues of its type. Easy going, knowledgeable and friendly staff make for an enjoyable dining experience. And don’t forget their Cocktails!"

Indeed.
